Research Interests:Dr. Zhou is interested in teaching resident physicians and cytology fellowsto master sampling skills of both manually and ultrasound guided fine needle aspiration biopsy and to accurately interpret specimens by emphasizing state-of-the-art diagnosis.
Clinical Interests: Dr. Zhou is a cytopathologist and surgical pathologist. She has expertized in sampling virtually any superficial lumps which can be felt or visualized under ultrasound, often eliminating the need for a surgical biopsy; and interpreting the samples.
