1. Server logs (automatic). Like virtually all websites, our server records access logs: IP address, browser and device type, access time, page URL, and referrer. These are used to troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and gauge traffic volume. They are not linked to any personal identity.
2. Search terms you enter. When using the physician finder, your ZIP code, specialty, search radius, and similar parameters are sent as URL parameters to the server and appear in the access logs above. This site does not require you to provide your name, medical condition, ID number, or any medical history, and we ask you not to enter such information in the search box.
3. Information you voluntarily send us. If you contact us via email, physician listing requests, or information correction, we receive the information you provide (such as name, email, clinic information). This is used only to reply to you and maintain the directory, not for any other purpose.
This site displays ads through Google AdSense, which is our primary source of operating revenue.
